Egg has externally pipped but beak looks stuck!

Help it out! Mine did this and I waited to long and after I got it out it lived 3 hours!

I am kind of concerned because it stopped opening and closing it's mouth and it seems there's a layer of dried goop covering it's beak...

I had to help out all 4 of mine and they lived till a cat got one but the humidity was so bad and they were stuck

If the membrane is dry you can start slowly pulling it off the chick. Take the egg out at this pointe if you don’t get it out it will die. Pull the shell then the membrane.
