Now I will say this, I have seen a rat around a while ago. But tonight, I went out to make sure my chickens were in. And I saw my rooster baby laying outside the coop along with one of my hens. They seem fine for the most part, baby was slightly bleeding on his crown. I took them in and they jumped up onto the perch. They also ate a little out of my hand and pooped fine. Then I noticed eggshells broken outside the coop along with some feathers. Everyone else is accounted for. Should I be worried?

Rats will often just take the entire egg and drag it into a hole/somewhere to eat it. I used to find stashes like that under the nest boxes 😬. If they're eaten it's more likely it's a possum. They're not very aggressive towards the chickens but they'll take a free egg snack!

Raccoons could be stealing them too. Here they like to find rotten eggs the previous owners left whole in a compost pile, dig them out and eat them
