Egg was wiggling and chirping but stopped on hatch day

They are about 3 wks old. I have a sepatate coop especially for babies. They have been in it a couple of times during the day. I think just to be safe, I'll put them out there during the day, and bring them in at night. I woud hate for something to happen to them at night.
