Yeah, sigh, like I said, I am always getting crap for pics not being posted but for some reason photo bucket doesnt like me.
I just got back from the grocery and feed store, back up to buying the big bag of feed instead of the 5 pounder, lol.
All birds are doing good. The two little "lone" chicks I got from the last couple of hatches are best buddies.
Mary, I think the baby probably is some type of RIR cross, she is more red than blonde now.
Paganbird, the 9 I hatched from your eggs and Sonew123, the olive egger I hatched from your egg are getting so big!
They are a rowdy bunch and we have a couple in there that dont hesitate to fly at your hand and peck. I will have to see if those are roosters. The little olive egger is an instigator, lol, she likes to grab a piece of food and run with it. Then everyone thinks she has something REALLY good!!
Tattoo, sometimes I look at these little ducks and think they are from YOUR eggs and then I look at them and think otherwise. If so, they were early...
They dont have the crests...but then I was told not all eggs from CIRs have them? They are the sweetest little ducklings too. When I am pouring water for them, they like to try to play in it and drink from it as it is falling.
I lost one button quail, for whatever reason, but the three others are doing well. I will be anxious to see how the new button quail hatch goes. They are so much fun!!
Minniechickmama, you will do JUST fine!!!
I am so jealous of those cayugas!!!!!!!
Oh,Mary, it would be great if my hatch went as well as that other persons but I will be happy if I just get a couple.
