I can't seem to hatch any of my eggs because the yolks are green days before they are due to hatch...what causes that at this point I will be culling my remaining chickens in the spring since I cant even hatch them its not worth feeding them

That seems a bit drastic. If the yolks are green days before they due to hatch, are you sure your putting fertile eggs in the incubator? There should be something formed in there. Even if it died in the Shell. Are you working the incubator correctly with temperature, humidity and turning? Has the incubator been cleaned out properly with disinfectant prior to use?

The yolk is unaborbed on every one of them they are fertile they make it to day 18 then die hours later and have green yolks once broken open

Improper incubator or egg sanitation, and handling the eggs with dirty hands for candling or turning.
Ive been using the same bator for years my eggs are clean when put in I don't get why all of a sudden they won't hatch

Yes. Looks like bacterial infection. Try again but make sure everything is clean as possible. No dirt on eggs or cracked eggs. Even the smallest crack can allow ingress of bacteria. Disinfect the incubator. Some people advise against washing the eggs before you put them in as the eggs already have a natural protection on them but they must be clean. Don't open the incubator when on lockdown. If it is bacterial like it looks like you must try to be obsessively clean for s chance of a successful hatch.
