Eggs pipped internally 6 days early and now it is turning grey!

I am currently incubating duck eggs and I went to do my final candle before preparing eggs for lock down and 2 eggs pipped into the air cell early(by 6 days!)
One egg is peeping a little but made no further progress in 2 days. The second egg has started turning grey, almost like it was bruised! I panicked and broke rule number one of not candling after lockdown.(which I did immediately after I noticed them pipped into the air cell) and I candles the bruised egg breifly, and the aircelll is now partly full of yellow fluid! What happened?! Is the duckling still going to hatch? Should I do anything?
This is my first time incubating duck eggs.

Duck eggs darken when the chicks are close to a hatch, The feathers can be darker then the egg shell.

They are Pekin Ducklings, would their yellow feathers still do that?

I was just reading this when you tagged me! LOL

The grey or bruised looking one is a rotten egg. Also which breed are you incubating? High temps tend to cause fast development. Normal mallard derived ducks take 28 days to hatch while Muscovy eggs take 35 days.

Rooten eggs can affect other eggs in incubator. They admit orders and bacteria. It's best to take it out. Becareful!! When eggs are grey they might bursts!
