Eggtra Eggceptional Eating

I was just wondering if there is anyone out there in the world who is going through (or went through) what I am in regard to eggs...it's kind of crazy.

I've always liked eggs...but usually it was an egg salad sandwich or a scrambled egg here and there for breakfast or something.

Ever since we (well, I) started this chicken raising thing...I think that's all I crave and practically all I eat - is eggs.

We're going to need more hens if this keeps up. We don't have any hens yet, and we're buying eggs left and right! My husband thinks it's hilarious and I just think it's ... weird.

Breakfast: scrambled eggs
Lunch: fried eggs (in olive oil) with a slice of cheese o.o
Dinner: eggs again

I also find myself spelling anything remotely close to egg...with the word egg. IE: Eggception, Eggcellent, Eggstra, etc.

The good: I've lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks. lol!
The bad: cholesterol

Is this normal behavior for a chicken raiser just starting out or is this something I should seek therapy for?

Have you heard of paleo or primal eating style?

It's high protein & fat, low carbs, and no grains or sugars. Lots of variations depending on individual preferences, but people lose a lot of weight this way and get in better shape and health.

I actually haven't heard of either of those! o.o Thank you for the info. If there are a lot of eggs involved I'm sure I'd be most interested.
