Call the fire department or game warden. If they wont come, try a long pole with a bucket on it so you can scoop them out. You might need a crowbar yo pry off the lid.

If you have a large kitchen strainer and can duct tape it to the end of a rake or something, I think you can scoop them out. Hardware or drugstore.

I messaged the ex to see if he can help. The fire department is on Telge near Cypress N Houston. Ask them for help. The ex is if Ft Worth and can’t do anything.

The fire dept can probably help remove the storm drain cover

I can't get anyone to go help them. Fire department told me to call non emergency and have them dispatch out to there. And the non emergency told me they cant do that. I hate this feeling!
