Dollar store also has a dustpans with long handles

or get a shop vac and put a sock over the end and duck tape it. so the duckling gets suctioned to the fabric not all the way into the vacume

I was actually thinking about that but no way to plug the vac in. I have a cargo net that I strung clothes line through and try to lure them on it. There are 5 of them down there now.

@Texag87 is coming to help, I got kicked off the hospital property and hope I dont get fired because security was saying I wasn't allowed on property anymore. Dude was almost insinuating I put them down there.

I took @Jpat idea of using the shopvac - I found an outlet at the pond/fountain, went home, got my extension cords, small vac, and all my wands, I lost two wands down in the storm grate but I got all five babies out.

@Texag87 says they're only about 3 days old!
I couldn't put the hardware cloth on, but did ask the guard to ask them to put some over it, so it doesn't happen again.
