So last night when I went out to put my girls in I found one of my chickens had a bloody vent when I took her inside and got a closer look i saw there was a horrifying white mass comming out her vent there was blood all over her tail feathers I put her in a warm water bath and put her in her own crate in the laundry room since I didn't know what to do she looks perfectly fine otherwise she looks alert and happy and besides her behind she seems Normal and not in pain at all I don't know if it's something that got lodged in her and won't come out or possibly an internal organ to what I have no clue !!!

This is a link to a thread with advice on treating a vent prolapse, which is what it looks like your chicken has.
You can also do a search at the top for vent prolapse and you will find lots of threads with treatment advice.
I've read a lot, but have never actually had to deal with it myself, so will defer to others who have.
Best of luck, hope she recovers.

If that is part of the intestine I see below the prolapsed vent, your hen is probably out of luck.

What happens is a hen will have the prolapsed vent after trying to pass a stubborn egg, and the other chickens are excited by the raw mess on her butt and begin to pull on it, pulling out intestine in the process. Once the intestine is exposed, all kinds of bacteria comes into play and trying to put things back inside isn't going to invite a happy outcome.

If that white rope of jell is just egg white, you can probably try to push the prolapse back inside with the help of a little Preparation H. She'll need rest and quiet for the rest of the day.

Thank you so much I'm running to the store after my class gets out and will get some stuff and try to push it back in I just hope it's not to late
