If he has open wounds on his neck I don’t know how you’d tube feed him. Since you have to hold him to do it.

I wouldn't force feed, if he's shocky it could cause other issues. Shock is basically a system shutdown. Digestion stops.
I would dribble water with your choice of additives into his beak a lil at a time.
I'm not sure of duck nutrition requirements, but others here have suggested sugar water, Gatorade, etc. And probably greenery based protein?

If he's lying still and his head is down you could dribble from a syringe without actually touching the wound?

I'm no vet, honestly, but our hen was laid open from wing\shoulder joint to thigh and we could see her guts thru the abdominal sac.
We figured she had it
But she lived and is currently brooding!
I was secondary MOS medic in the army, so all i know is decades old first aid.
We did cover her entire wound with a thick layer of hen healer.
I warmed it so it spread easily, layered it on thick.
No bandage.
I do know that the constant air on an open wound causes pain. Pain can lead to shock.
The salve seals like skin.
So it's only my opinion, but if it was my duck, i would sterilize with betadine water and cover with hen healer.
But I'm NOT a vet.

I just put ointment all over his neck, heated it up a little so it wouldn't be too painful and then wrapped with thin layers of bandage. he stayed still probably due to pain but after being put back in his box, was already drinking water by himself again! thank you so much for responding, i really do appreciate it.

my mom and i managed to hold his head still and open his mouth so that he would receive it, after a couple tries he would open by himself. by the time we put him back in his box after bandaging him, he was drinking by himself again !!

I was thinking temp solution, maybe pure clay (like a pure clay facial mask) mixed with neosporin And aloe (straight from the plant if possible) or something.

I am so sorry about your duck. Those wounds look extremely severe. In this case I would stress going to an avian or farm vet. The wound looks extensive and it likely needs stitches/a drain/antibiotics/etc.
