EMERGENCY!!! Night coming! Bantam Chicken on The Roof!!!!

The weather says that it will be 10 Fahrenheit at midnight and the wind will be 2mph. Will he be ok? I have chickens that can endure 10 below but that is with other chickens warming them up and no wind blasting them.
Edit- He was also in a tree all day so he has no food in his crop.
 
Oh no! Hmmm....is there anything like a long pole or something you could sort of "sweep" him off with? If he is still at lowest point of roof pitch? Then toss a blanket over him once he lands? We have used a long-handled fishing net taped to a clothes-line pole to get a hen off of a branch too...

It is pitch black and I can't go outside. The garage is very tall, like two stories high or more.
