Emergency, upper respirator

So one of my new hens started gasping when I listened to her breathing she was clicking, no wheezing sounds, droopy tail, droopy comb slightly pale, eyes look good, pretty sure its upper respiratory. Gave her 2 and a third small syringes of corid. Tried to give her some mealworms but didn’t want them. anything else I can do?

Corid won't help a URI you need antibiotics. What have you got access to?

Is there a farm store? Penicillin, tylan, duramycin. Any of those are available over the counter for livestock and will help with most URI.

I have some clindamycin for a stray cat I took in a while ago in my fridge could I give her some of that?

UPDATE: Gave her the clindamycin and she started having the gargling noise so gave her a couple syringes of water with vitamins in it. She’s not moving very well but stayed with her for a while and breathing got slightly better towards the end but still sounds horrible and she had some foam come out

I'm sorry, thoughts are with you but I don't know what else you could do for her. Did you get help with the dosage?

No I was running out of time bc she’s sounding horrible so I gave her half of a ML and it got worse so that was when I gave her water got a tiny better picked her up and put her back in the coop and she had some foamy stuff come up
