Is this a tumor on my chickens neck??? Is it mareks? Any help would be appreciated

Looks more like pen feathers. Well it is pen feathers but I am unsure what else it is that you are referring to.

It's almost like a cyst where here feathers are coming out

She has mites a few days ago but I put de all over her

I had a couple other posts about it and her leg is paralyzed. She's still eating drinking pooping and preening though
