Enlarged abdomen

Good afternoon,
One of my chickens has an enlarged abdomen which makes it difficult for her to walk. Her comb is also leaning to one side. She does seem to have a red bottom, when we picked her up. She has not been roosting in her normal spot for a few nights. Can some tell me what May be the problem? Thank you!

Is she possibly egg bound? Pictures please! Pictures can help us help you know what it wrong and how to treat her. Is her tail down?

It sounds like ascites, which can be caused by many things, none of them good, unfortunately. Does her abdomen feel like it's full of water?
