Excel spreadsheet for tracking expenses and income from chickens

updated version is ready!!! Just click on the website link in my signature page and go to the chicken section and you will see a 2003 Excel version and 2007 version. Just download whatever version you need. I am thinking about adding a predator kill column. I seem to be having issues with that recently. gotta talk to the wife about adding it in. May also add in same column something for lost chickies due to illness or injury not related to predators.

Enjoy, again let me know if there are any problems.

I am gonna get my wife to add a new column for killed birds. Due to predators/illness/meat production. I am having an awful time with the predators. the column will be broken down into the three categories and chicks differentiated by adults (producing) and babies.

Thank you so much for this!! I will talk with hubby on downloading (were to dl to, etc.) when he gets home tonite. I have a very measly form I created, with a sizing per USDA standards. Before I download, may I ask: is it modifiable, per each individual's use, or is it a template?

Thanks again for all the hard work put into this!!

the spreadsheet is open, you can add and change it as much as you want. We left it that way on purpose. I like the size idea, but don't size my eggs. That is the bonus for buying farm fresh eggs!!! Different sizes!!! Not sure if we will add that. Will keep it in mind. How many sizes are there? X-large, large, med and small? lots of columns and I don't think many people actually size them. good idea though.
thanks, Raisin

saw that someone has software for sell to manage your chickens. So thought I would bump this free version, so no one would have to pay for it. just go to the first post in this thread for the link. Enjoy, all the hard work was done by my wife!!
