oh how I look forward to getting my beer gut back

LOL I have always had a flat stomach--except when I'm on my "special time" and would get bloated...but now...it's like a beer gut, seriously. I HATE beer anyway and haven't had more than a sip or two ever--it makes me gag. I'm more of a margarita girl, myself. There is a restaurant here that has the BEST mango ones.

Aside from some random teariness, no extra emotional stuff yet. I have noticed that my Bull**** tolerance level has dropped. Significantly. I used to just deal with it an move on, now I tend to iminitate an irritated rock, make my point and THEN move on. I don't think my boss quite knows what to do with me now... He tends to become everyone's doormat which turns the rest of us into much overworked doormats. It helps that he'll be out of state for another few weeks and my replacement will be back about the same time...

Jerry said we are fertile mertiles and you touched us and got pregnant.....LOL

Well tell him I said it's your turn LOL and we know he's got it in him to make a girl! LOL

I'm 9 weeks as of yesterday!! Only 3 more weeks to my second trimester! I can't help being excited even if it is # 6

All of our kids are asking for a baby sister. We've told them to be happy with anything, as long as our baby is healthy.

hey now....my baby just turned 6 months....have to have a little fun trying in between. This will be my last because I can't talk him into anymore. I promised him some cool new chickens if he would give me another baby

We also have 4 boys and 1 girl so if you have a girl can you send some pink dust this way? Doesn't matter if it is #1 or #9....they are all new and exciting, but the belly stretches faster and the baby falls out faster....LOL The last one I barely made it to the delivery table and didn't have an IV....I think he had his running shoes on.

Advice needed!

Small back story....
A coworker/good friend of mine had gone through her last attempt at IVF the same time I got pregnant the first time a few months back. She and I were then pregnant at the same time. Oddly, we ended up miscarrying withing a week of eachother as soon after. We were both much needed support for the other. We jokingly shared in our "bitterness". She all the while saying worry not, I would be pregnant again before I knew it. Turns out, that is the case. She does not have another apportunity to be pregnant again. This obviously is a very painful thing for her.

My question is this, how do I tell her I am pregnant? Because of my line of work, my coworkers all must know. I would like her to know directly from me, and not from someone else. Time is ticking, as I had to already inform a few people I work with and she is back from vacation today. I am so happy that I am pregnant, but I don't want it to come out wrong. I also do not want me telling her to seem to have anything to do with her NOT being pregnant. Complicated, I know.

HELP!

I would be upfront and honest, it's better if you tell her first before someone else does.

tell her.
today I had a scan which showed my baby had died, so now I'm waiting for nature to take it's course (re-scan in 2 weeks, if it's not gone then it's medical intervention time)
I have a very good friend who found out around the same time that she's pregnant.
I'm STILL thrilled for her, and it would hurt me worse if she kept away because of this.

tell her. She'll be pleased for you

Just walk up to her and say "Hey, I'm pregnant" ??? This is the part I need help on. How is it best to go about something like this? Anyone who has been through IVF have any insight on how they would best receive the news?
