I agree!! With my DD, I went on a cruise when I was 8 weeks pregnant... let me tell you, it is NO fun to spend a cruise in the bathroom paying homage to the porcelain gods!!

Hope everyone had a great 4th of July!

Spending time with all the family was great, but holy cow - the heat was insane! I did pretty good in it though, if I do say so myself! Just as long as I had a chair to sit in once I reached my destination - my grandfather lives on acres upon acres - and I decided I wanted to walk for whatever reason!

We shot some skeet out in the hay field, the kids played in the pool, ate hamburgers and hotdogs... it was a good day

Funniest part - my cousin, she is now four years old - is absolutely and totally excited about the baby, she was telling her mom the whole way to see us that she was just so excited to see the baby in my tummy!

She informed me yesterday that she has already named it 'Polly' and she can't wait till it gets cold because that is when the baby is supposed to come... and then, she says "but you might be lying to me.. you're not fat enough to have a baby"

39 weeks today and I feel like a whale and my feet look like freddy flintstones....just saying!

Well, I am due in just over 12 weeks, but my c-section is tentatively scheduled for 11 weeks from yesterday.

still praying that I go into labor before then, and have a fast delivery.

When I was pregnant with my DD, we were friends with a couple who had a 3.5 year old little girl. Her parents were talking to her about how I was going to have a baby. She looks at me, looks at my husband and asks, "Is SHE going to have the baby?". "Yes, yes she is" "That's not FAIR!! How come they get TWO babies??"

My husband has a beer belly and she thought he was going to have a baby too

I still don't let him live that one down!

Just thought I'd pop in and say hi and congrats to all the expectant and new parents here

. Hubby and I will be trying here in about 2 years (sooner if I get my way

lol) so I'm sure I'll be on here at one point or another.
