My update for today - I'm still preggers.

Looks like she is going to hold out for Monday after all. Sigh.

So today to occupy myself we went to Lowe's and bought insulation and dry wall etc for the room additions

My Dh also got me some wicker baskets with liners that I was wanting for Baby Girl's changing table to organize her toys, socks, and hygiene items in whoot! yay me!

We also got another baby gift in the mail today - it was a super adorable outfit from my Aunt in Tn with a matching bib!

I keep thinking we have everything we need now - except the baby!!!!!!!!

Has anybody ever tried one of those maternity belts or girdles to help with back and pelvic girdle pain? I'm interested in getting one, but I want to see if anybody likes them before I dish out the money for one.

Still here.

Yesterday found that my DD's cat had a litter of kittens under our house - apparantly awhile ago because their eyes are open and they are walking around and have teeth starting to come in. Look to be about 3 weeks old. We moved Mama and babies to the barn, and they are extremely happy out there! And super cute!

Today we're cleaning and doing some last minute organizing of the livingroom and putting in insulation and hanging dry wall in the two room additions!

Have a few things I want to hang up on baby girl's wall - but it's hard trying to stay busy when I just want Monday to BE HERE already! This time on Monday, I should be out of the OR and have my little girl!!

Forgot to post my update-

Went to the Dr for my appt on thursday. I am 2 centimeters dilated! WOOT!! YAY for braxtion hicks contractions gettin some work done!! My cervix has moved forward a bit and is softening and effacing too! Had a bit of bleeding after the exam, but that was to be expected, nothing major, mostly brown blood that disappeared by the end of the day.

Only bummer is babys' head is still high, not engaged against the cervix, so despite my begging, no membrane sweep due to the danger of the cord being swept out with the water, should my water break before the baby's head is engaged.
Weight is up to 169.4- blech! I had lost about 8 or 9 pounds last week due to the stomach flu that went through the whole family last week, but *somehow* I managed to gain it all back and then some!

Feelin some lower belly cramps here and there, but I think they are just from the weight of the baby, but I WISH it was the begining of labor signs. I do still have almost 2 weeks till due date, so Im not expecting baby anytime soon. I have delivered my last 2 within 1 or 2 days of due date, so Im being patient and really trying to enjoy these last few days of my last pregnancy.

I have to go get feed today, trying to get enough so I dont have to get any right before delivery or right after. No worries though- I have helpers to do all the heavy lifting!

I am doing my best to enjoy being pregnant, still very very very very tired. Could the fact that I am still working overtime every week have anything to do with it?

I really wanted to be working less, but money is always tight and we have a few people out at work. We have our super fun anatomy scan coming up on the 6th, but we are not going to find out the gender
