So I've been horrendously sick this pregnancy. Brushing my teeth is a recipe for puking! So I've lost 5 lbs on this morning-sickness-that-lasts-forever diet.

I've been having terrible pain with the ball joints in my hips. I have a hard time by evening trying to get up from sitting or laying down. It feels like the muscles are shaking and straining. I've been hobbling for a while when trying to walk. I'm going to ask the doctor about it the next time I go in but could it be from the hormone that causes your muscles and ligaments to relax and loosen? How long does it typically last? I've had the problem for 3 weeks and at first thought I either got hurt or slept wrong. Will it get worse? I'm afraid if it gets worse I'll get stuck in bed or a chair with no one around to help me out. I'm only 11 weeks along.
Eat bananas. Sounds crazy but they are MAGIC. I was having horrid leg and hip pain and magic banana fixed it!I've been having terrible pain with the ball joints in my hips. My hip pain has finally decreased. I was sitting in the car for long hours and when I got up and walked around I was walking better. When I got home and sat for a bit in the computer chair it started hurting again so I decided to sit on a pillow and that has helped. I can move around more again without having to much pain. I think I'm getting my husband's cold which sucks.
I was wondering how everyone picked their baby names? My husband and me are having a hard time with picking out names. We had some choices but we both liked our own choice better than the other or had a name that ended up being a popular name. A few years back I had thought of using Isabel for my girl's first name but cause of the Twilight movies Isabella has become popular. Another choice was Katelyn but found out it has so many different spellings and is popular also. The new choice was Morgan. After talking to my mom and sister they both said they hear that name often. Other names we have on our list is Veronica (hubby likes it), Vanessa (I like it better than Veronica), and Victoria. Had been debating on Victoria cause of the Victoria's Secret but then just found out it is fairly popular also. For some reason we seem to like girls names that start with V since we like the sound of it. One name I like is Athena cause I find it pretty and strong but he isn't to sure yet even though he does like a lot of Greek names.
Picking out names is going to be the hardest part of the pregnancy besides the labor for us. I know we have a while yet but I also know us enough that if we don't get busy picking out set names that we will be in the delivery room without a name.
Naming was very hard for us. I'd just suggest you don't tell people. My son is named Leonidas. It's the only name we could agree on and we got HORRIBLE comments from people. It's up to you two. Make lists with the first name you like, a middle name and your last name. Usually helps when you can say the entire name.
I bought a normal diaper bag the first time and I am not a huge fan. I'm currently using a regular old backpack. So much easier when you're already carrying a kid, a purse and who knows what else. This time we are ordering a military medical bag offline. All those handy dandy pockets, it's a backpack and it looks kind of cool.I love the name Leonidas. That is a beautiful name for your son.
The top boys name we have picked out so far is Archer. I know that is a name some like and others don't like. My mom doesn't really care for it but my husband and me both like the sound and that it's uncommon. My husband likes target shooting and is good at it so who knows maybe if we have a son he decides to pick up archery.
As far as the girl's name Morgan goes my husband is set on it. His dad and sister both like it. I am however having strong second thoughts. My husband thought that was the name I wanted. I told him that was one that we both liked and was added to the list but wasn't 100% sure on. Usually I will find a name that we both like but then I'll spend days or weeks thinking of the name and repeating it over and over in my head (imagining yelling the kids name out over and over). If the name sounds good still then I'll keep it on the list. With Morgan I can't really imagine myself having to yell that name and it is starting to make me think to much of Megan which we have a Megan in the family. I'd like a first name with a nice flow or like Archer that is quick to say. I'm starting to think that I might just glance at names once in a while but will most likely wait till after we find out the sex and then go all out.
I've been sitting around with a nasty cold and looking on ebay. I was wondering what style of diaper bags do you guys like the best? I want something easy on the shoulders since I don't have much of one. When I carried my sister's around hers kept falling off my shoulder. I'd been glancing at the messenger bag style. It looks like it might be comfortable. I also wanted to know how big of one to buy? I plan on nursing but you never know how that turns out so I'd rather buy one big enough for bottles just in case so I don't get to small of one. I'm also looking for something manly. I'm tomboyish but my husband will probably be carrying the bag often if we are together since I can't see him carrying the baby. He is nervous around newborns since they look so fragile. He will get over that quick. I've seen those organizers you can put into a diaper bag and was wondering if those are worth using?
