these are some of my speckled eggs.they are medium-large in size
the hens are marans/andalusian,marans/rock,welsummer/rock and a welsummer/red.they are all about a yr old

the hen is my 1yr old marans/RIR cross.she lays every other day.

Breed: 1 Olive Egger (bottom middle) / 1 Olive/BCM mix (top three)
How Old: 8-9 months old
How often these types of eggs are laid: Before she was on strike, every 5th or 6th egg was speckled. I hope she continues when she stops being a free-loader.
