The black on the naked neck is just her colouring as she’s not a true one.
I hasent noticed the black on the chicken and I have no idea what it is! And the solkie also has black skin
I will try to do everything you have said but it’s quite hard as my dad does no beilve in all this and says they are just chickens and don’t need special treatmeant
I have no idea what medicines are available as I have had nothing like this so haven’t had to look

What do you have on hand?
If you don't have many resources available, you can still make the saline that @Hen Pen Jem mentioned. The eyes need to be washed and cleaned out-try to remove all the discharge you see, especially on the Silkie, it has a lot of crusty buildup.

If you can't get any Terramycin, look in your home first aid kit - do you have any Original Neosporin (no pain relief)? You can use Original Neosporin in the eyes.

When you are treating your chickens that are sick, look through their feathers really close for any bugs they may have. If you see any bugs, can you get some Permethrin poultry dust or spray to treat them?

Do what you can to get these birds drinking. What do you normally feed them? Extra protein in addition to their normal feed would be good (egg, tuna) and poultry vitamins if you have them.

The black specs on the combs and wattles look like some pecking or mild injury from some type of fencing. From the bubbles in eyes with drainage, I would agree with Wyorp Rock that you may have an outbreak of respiratory disease, probably mycoplasma (MG.) I would get the Tylan 50 injectable as she recommended, and treat the ones who have symptoms.

But, if your dad is the keeper of the chickens, it will be hard for you to help them. Especially if you depend on your dad for money. Everyone has different ideas about animals, and whether we should help them or not.

But, if you are the keeper of the chickens, there is still much you can do for them.

Cleaning the eyes is the first thing you can do. Make some saline solution to clean them. Everyone has access to salt and water. Right?

Keep the birds well fed and provide clean water for them to drink.

Check to see if you have any ointments for cuts, like Neosporin or a generic triple antibiotic. Look at the ingredients it should have: neomycin sulfate, polymyxin B sulfate, and bacitracin. Just make sure there is no pain reliever in it.

Start with these simple things, and then, see how things go for the chickens.

But be aware, as mentioned by Eggcessive and Wyorp Rock, if the chickens have a respiratory illness, it could infect more chickens. And without medicine, they could die. So keep them separate if possible.

Just do your best, dear...that's all any of us keepers can do.

So I went to my local country/farm supplies place and the lady there said that lots of people have been coming in about it all week and to use a warm strong tea to clean out there eyes as it’s an anti septic so we have done that I shall keep you updated!

Yes, the tannins in black tea do kill or inhibit some bacteria. It can be used medically for chickens. Chamomile tea compresses are also antibacterial and soothing.

Holistic remedies can work very well if started early and the patient is generally in good physical condition.

Do let us know how that works for them. Record the progress each day, so others can learn how long it takes to see improvement.
