It's a complicated disease. The article I linked gives quite a bit of info if you want to know but at this time there's no reason to think your chicken has it. At this point you should just monitor her. As dawg53 said they think the eyes look normal.
 
Don't panic, nothing points to Marek's so far, but I would inspect her and the coop closely for poultry mites and deworm her thoroughly as parasites would slow down proper development and might just be the reason for her being so pale.
 
Mareks will cause irregularities in the shape of the pupils like this, one if the first signs of Mareks....

Thanks. I am trying not too. I need to make plans for breeding them come Spring (coops to build!) and this would really throw a spanner in my wheels. But it doesn’t look like it thankfully. I suspecte red mite. Hmm. I’ll have a look tonight.
