JUST enough that I have to shovel. About 2 inches. Enough to be an insult.

I shouldn't complain considering what's going on in the States. I just don't want to have to shovel everything again!

I've changed my mind, I'm getting too old for snow. (We are in severe drought and need it though.)

It's 12F / -11C right now, I can tolerate the cold, just keep the white stuff away from me.

Same, so family was thrilled when it finally dumped almost 8 inches at my place a few days ago

Wish I did!!! It would make life so much easier.

Unfortunately, I drive a front-wheel drive compact sedan (only thing I could find in my price range) and if I don't do the driveway, I am not getting out, let alone back in!

Got another heater today. Not the diesel one I was looking for, but an electric one. One of my friends took pity on me and got it for me.

So far, so good. It's putting out about the same amount of heat as the toaster oven, and hasn't flipped a breaker yet.

So cold today! Lay down more straw to protect tender toes in the various pens. The partially built shelter for the bunnies and OEGB seems to help them, at least they don't get the nasty wind, and it mostly keeps the snow off the cages.

And the five OEGB chicks that hatched a month ago are doing well. Still a bit early to tell, but I think one of the Splashes is a male. I'll try to get some pictures of them later.
