Falling Down Heights, my daily life

I was able to do most of them, even without the flexibility!

Also, I think I figured out what's causing my issues: the clutch in my friend's truck! Especially when driving in the city and having to shift so often.
That’s good news. I’ll watch the video and see if I can do any.

Thank you. I am glad I am not alone!
At 1:48 there is flexion release. I burst out laughing at the thought of even trying that!
And here I thought *I* had bad knees! Granted, arthritis hasn't fully settled into them, yet, but they crack each time I take a stop up the stairs. I swear, someone has a bowl of Rice Crispies hidden nearby!

Apparently the Rice Krispies thing is nothing to worry about as long as it doesn’t hurt. So I have taken to singing along!

One of my knees has metal plates and screws in it from an accident 40 years ago it only bends to a 45° angle . The other knee is a knee replacement that bends just a little better about 65°

Oh man, I'm sorry to hear that. Yeah, in those situations I can see not being able to do the exercises. *hugs*

Yeah, I sing along too, but it's usually off-key OOFS and AAHS!
