Well, things went from bad to hopeful and then to worse.

I need to come up with $10,000 by mid-week or my power is being shut off. They won't put it in my name because of the fraud DD committed with the account.

I'm looking into getting a car battery converter so I can at least keep the incubators and brooders powered. And my internet and laptop... >.>

Finally got a chance to pop in. OMG that is so tiny!!!

How are they doing today? Soon the little turnips will be flying everywhere ha! Sure doesn’t take them long.

Plum trees in full bloom.

May as well be this year…. That tree is gorgeous! And I can smell it all the way over here ok so maybe it’s my plum tree I smell - but it’s heavenly!

Oh that flocking rain took all the blossoms off my plum trees. And the Magnolia. You know I had a plan for today right? Well I pitched it out the door. Stalls, then pick up branches off the trees that fell yesterday and today, can’t believe you didn’t get that wild weather we had here - wind, hail…. Sheesh!

Re: Hydro - have you talked to them personally? Ask to speak to the manager if you do, don’t deal with the office personnel - they have no power (pun intended) to do anything. Ask ‘how can you help me’ and they should be able to direct you to the appropriate person. After all they are a ‘business’ and they want their money. Even it’s just to hold the power in place until the situation is stable.

I cannot see the landowner agreeing to the power being turned off. The Insurance company for the house would not cover any damages to backed up septic or sump flooding basement etc. I am sure the owner would not want that. If anything were to happen it would be 10s of thousands of dollars to fix the damages.

Anywhooo I sure do hope this gets settled soon. Ok now I really must do stalls, my cuppa tea is finished

Oh and if you get a chance to post some wee babie photos…. You know I am living vicariously through you with regards to the wee chickies.

This should be powerful enough to supply the trailer. Don't know if it will run the a/c in here but we shall see.

Depends on the power output. Pumps, furnaces, AC, etc have a large draw when they kick in it’s that surge which might trip the genny. Try not to run too many things off it at once. You should be fine in the RV, those are built for low power use.

Oh and FYI - I am sending you a big thunderstorm, high winds and torrents of rain - your welcome you may get to use that sucker hahaha!
