Might write them a letter, explaining to them why they're wrong and asking them to change it
SAme but I am saying am am nervous and we are learning new things so close to midterms.I'm actually good at math
or I at least have confidence in my math skills
I really enjoy latin class
I'm just awful at it
Do it! They probably get a lot of mail though and may not listen.Might write them a letter, explaining to them why they're wrong and asking them to change it
politely, of course
if i get new chickens, i might get an SS. but that would mean rehoming my current chickens, or after two of my chickens pass. :/No matter my efforts, and despite all my convincing, no one will get SS’s because you all ignore their perfection and holiness!
hehe okayYeah they had a huuuuuge run (the attached coop run was used as a place my ducks slept and laid eggs) with electric netting around it. The netting was solar powered though, so one rainy day it wasn’t charged enough to shock, and the ground was so muddy that some predator was able to pull the stakes out of the ground without being shocked, slip underneath (also slowed Joy to slip out and alert me) in a gap, and take my ducks and chickens.
Mini Joys would be fantastic. If all my friends got SSs we could have an army of them.
I plan to breed SSs in the future. That would be amazing, because I would then be able to pump out as many Joys as I wanted into the world.
aw s/he's so cute! Here's my first Dwarf silkie.

hwAT?I happen to be extremely convincing, but when it comes to chicken people, I can’t convince anyone. Chicken people are just naturally stubborn.
awwMy first Dwarf was named Pudge. The last picture of me holding her was taken about a week before she died.
oh.I absolutely would but I don’t think she lays anymore! After EYP her reproductive system shut down, and i don’t think she will lay again.
wow...That is what happened to my friends one and only chicken and she started laying 4 years later!Cross your fingers!
![]()
She says thank you.
true, i believe...They stop because they run out of reproductive cells or something so if they don't lay/use them, they are stored and can use them later!
ooh! cute!I couldn’t get any good pics of her. I’ll have my sister take some of me holding her tomorrow.

yey ;DGood point. We’ll see what she’s does.
me too!I hope she lays!I love her!
lol youre always saying thisLove her enough to get an SS of your own while you wait?![]()
YAY!Obviously! I am putting it on the 2021 sping get chick list!
heheYOU JUST MADE MY DAY!![]()
wow! now THAT'S a chicken that's easy to hold!My silkie hen is a lot smaller than my bantam silkie cockerel. She probably weighs less than a pound.
I approach from behind, and reach down with a hand on each wing and the legs between my middle and ring fingers. Then I sometimes transfer the chicken to rest against my chest, so I have a free hand.
youre not a nuisance!Same! My status as 'mildly helpful but mostly a nuisance' means I probably won't get an interview ever lol
she s w o o p sI just walk up be behind them and s w o o p
true- wait ARMS? you mean hands? It’s better to hold the chickens with both arms so the chicken feels safer and supported.
Oo so I can mind control you through the influence of Joy? I honestly don’t know how Joy got so friendly, but she is! It was mainly these last two years. The time I spent with them, and the time I spent holding her and with her, she warmed up to me, I gained her trust, and I became part of her flock!
hehe lolShe's immortal
and a cracker thief
well, they are hybrids...@ChickForLife why don’t you get an EE to, if your looking for friendly birds, they really are something. Opal has loved people her whole life. While she’s not quite as trusting as Joy is, she has an amazing personality and loves people to. As you saw with her bubble adventure the other day, she is a curious girl with lots of love to give. Jellybean is just the same, and she has loved people to. Though not quite as loving as Opal, the pair are very sweet and runner ups to the Speckled Sussex.
nice! wait what else do you do-Depends. Usually 1 hour/2 Hours but sometimes even more. I’ve spent entire days with them before. I spend lots of time with them because their trust is really important to me.
Does not suffice. But with you, I know I can’t win![]()
I think you mean YESS!
NO!@TheOddOneOut what's in the attic? Can I look?
