Farm Swap at TSC in Lewiston Maine- May 12th, 2012

luvmygoats: are the mixed duck eggs bred with muscovy ducks- i didnt want any muscovy, no offense to them! -caitlin
No, my Muscovys are completly separated from the other ducks.
These ducks are all pure, just not separated yet. They are: Ancona, Buff, Runner, Welsh Harlekin and Saxony.

i have been trying to figure out how to attach pix and the attach icon says i don't have permission. how are people putting up pix of their chickens?

you may not have enough posts to be able to post pictures yet. I forget what number of posts you have to have, but at 7, you probably need more.

Hbarn thanks for the support. Chipmunk stripes is a funny way to put it but it works. I have checked over the breed forums as much as possible and gone on line for pix hoping to redeem myself and this store but, alas, (gasp) no, they are EEs. Tiny little puffballs with laid back personalities... so far :) I didn't prepay so I'm pretty sure they shouldn't be selling them like this. What's a girl to do? I know there is a market out there for EE and I imagine they are nice but when I ordered Ameraucanas, not knowing about their spelling error, I wanted those. I might sell/trade them.

The Welsummers are real flighty so far, too, and I am not fond of one trait at least one is exhibiting. I pick up the other chicks and this one will run over to peck its feet. Seems mean so who knows, maybe they'll go too. :(

DH is already freaking out about the poop from the 7 we have in the coop and what to do with it. (He's never had chickens.)

I still want Marans here and there's 3 Brahmas plus the EEs and 2 Welsummer babies in our house so he's going to have to adjust. Germophobe meets farm!

i will also be selling male baby New Zealand whites.
mychookschick has reserved the two GHs i am bringing.
