I love raw goat's milk.
I like it and the nutty taste it has. But one of the 4Hers parents make soft curd goat cheese in different flavors, Oh my God! Strawberry, bacon and chive, garlic and a whole bunch more. Soooo creamy, somewhere between ricotta and cream cheese. Can't wait for the Marshfield Fair they always bring some to the 4H kitchen....
