Father of the bride and I need suggestions... UPDATE 2-3-10

I got married in April so all this planning stuff is still fresh in my mind. I clearly remember the day I asked my dad to pick the father daughter dance song and, you know what, he made me give him ideas!

I wanted it to be his idea... I thought that it would mean more... (so I'm glad you're seeking advice) He ended up liking I loved her first. I personally loved it and I didn't have a doubt in the world that every word sung, was spot on with how he felt.

However... I think that if there is something that you have in mind that is meaningful to you both, you should go with that. Don't worry about tradition at this point. It is all about how you feel for your daughter. Congrats and good luck. Your daughters are very lucky to have such a loving thoughtful father! Enjoy the festivities!
