Any info for me?

Are there any genetic problems, or senstitivities with salmon faverolles? I lost one a week ago. We had a few cold nights (Florida cold, so 36 F). On Tuesday, she laid an egg (about 7 months old, been laying three weeks or so) and acted normal. Wednesday morning she seemed sedated. she had a purplish comb. by the afternoon, she was walking like she was stiff, and if I picked her up and put her back down, she would take a minute to gain her balance, then Thursday morning I found her dead. She did not have mites, and I treated for worms two weeks ago. She did not have any diaherrea. She drank and ate a little durin the day.
I now have a second (her sister) pullet who just began the same symptoms, except her comb is still red. She has not began to lay yet. This time, I just gave her an Epsom flush, thinking maybe there is a toxin in their pen. Backstory: I just built their pen three weeks ago, but I have never put any poisons for rodents or anything. Food is covered and kept in a shed, its not moldy, I go through just less than 50lbs in a week. My other pens (BCM, Dutch, Cochins... Etc) all get the same layer crumbles and so far not seeing any problems in their pens.

I like the LF because I like the big eggs! Those little eggs just don't look right in the cartons. hahahha But, yea, the bantams are cute.
I like LF too but I just don't want the food bill and i want to show too, so...

Hey everyone! Is there anyone near the pittsburgh, pa area who will be hatching some salmon faverolles the week of April eighth or the week after? I'm looking to get about three to add to my spring flock this year, but can't seem to find anyone with faverolles at this time who will only sell me a few. I'm willing to drive a ways to pick them up, and I'm also open to shipping if that's feasible.

Contact Top Topper through the York Poultry Fanciers. I sold him a pair of LF last year. Don't know what he did with them, though, but it's somewhere to start.
