Feather Footed Mystery Chick

I have a amauracana maran mix and their yellow chicks look just like that. So far only one of my black chicks has feathers on her feet

That's exactly what a pekin bantam in mille fleur looks like as a chick, but I suppose you'd know if it was a bantam.

I ordered a batch of broilers from McMurray and received an extra chick. Any ideas the breed? Feather footed with chipmunk pattern.

The chick looks about like my Crested cream legbar chicks except no leg feathers. Perhaps you got a mixed breed chick? Also a recent pic of chicks at 3-1/2 months old.

If you're interested in knowing right now, just use your computer, google "feather-footed baby chicken identification" or something along that line, click on "images" and you'll have hundreds of pictures of feather-footed chicks to match yours to. But hey - what's the rush? The fun of getting a mystery chick is watching it grow out of it's chick fuzz and seeing what lovely creature your mystery bird turns into! Have fun!
