Here are my eggs on day 18 View attachment 1270999View attachment 1271001View attachment 1271003View attachment 1271004this one is a white egg do the air cells look ok to big to small thanks

It's amazing how much they draw down just before the chicks start the process of pipping internally. They look ok to me. Good luck!

I've hatched some Button quail and a single Coturnix (who has two friends hatching soon:fl). His was the only egg that developed so I threw in a few more (my birds are getting older). The Buttons are hilarious the way they sleep, and they try and get under the Coturnix, who has been named Colossus.

its day 19 and there are no pips when i woke up the humidity was on 55 will this hurt them and stop them from hatching i put more water and its at 63 now is this ok

I set 48 eggs on the 1st. They have been hatching for 3 days now.. some came early I guess. Out of the 48 , 6 were not fertilized and 4 died early. The 10 that still haven't hatched, are alive and have pipped internally and are active. Not too bad for 4 days with of eggs, I don't think anyway. :)

Day 20 woke up to 5" of snow and some cheap cheaping in the chicken coop. Got one early Hatcher and all the Hens are making a ruckous about it. Only Henry (Black Australorp) seems calm so I moved her and chick to the brood cage and left Rock (Cali leghorn) in the nest.
