Feed Store Not telling??

The 2 stores in my area that sell chicks also advertise the hatchery- one gets from Cackle and the other from Whelp. Why should it be a secret?

The secret part I dont get. I dont care if they mark them up. Its there business, just like its up to me if I want to buy for those prices. Its not like I couldn't find the prices online for Buff Orpington chicks anyways wether they told me or not.

I know that Meyer's just sent out an email with a special on Buffs.
I know the feed store I picked up our chicks at gets them from different hatcheries. Our EE is from Ideal, but the others may be from a wholesale hatchery (Red Wing). If you want to know, you should be able to find out.
