There is no feed ratio. All of those will ferment on their own or mixed together. All you need is non-chlorinated water. If you have city water, put 3-4 drops of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide per gallon of chlorinated water to de-chlorinate it before adding it to the feed.
 
If you're making fermented feed, I'd stick with feed only. No need to be mixing in other stuff with it. Something like scratch should be used sparingly as a treat that they can scratch around for.

Keep the scratch for a treat or getting them back into the run, if you free range them and want them back in before sunset.

I make my fermented on the thick side, my chickens don't like it real wet.

WELL my first attempt has some scratch in it, all that i read said to mix feed with scratch, but it makes sence to leave that as a treat.....so next batch will just be layena pellets, thanks for helping me out.....
