Honestly, I never really see it bubbling like soda pop or anything. Just when I take the lid off a few big bubbles will pop on the surface. But on the lid there is always that condensation so there has to be fermenting going on right?
I also add Braggs every week. I was thinking about starting a fresh bucket and seeing what happens.
