Well she just went to the store to buy new eggs. She will get any eggs she can ly her hands on,fertile or not.
And she ate the fertilized egg.She said it was good.So maybe she'll get a whole box of fertile eggs
OK.. the answer should have been obvioulsy.. when mom ate the fertilized egg, you/she should have see the veins on the inside of the shell if that was the tree/branches you saw.. IF there was nothing in the shell and nothing funky in the egg after 7 days then you probably didn't have a chick to start with becuz you would have seen a developing chick.. BUT HEY>> good luck on the new eggs.. Hopefully mom will be on board with you.. However. before you go hatching a bunch of chicks.. You should have a plan of how you are going to house them or who's gonna take them.. Cuz you can't have them in your bedroom forever.. they do get stinky..
I didn't see her eat the egg.The egg had never been incubated,so she wouldn't see veins.
