Fertile?

I have several EE chickens I hatched along with my other breeds. The EE are now 6 months old however none crow! I’m pretty good at determining sex of chickens that are not EE but I’m stumped. I was making them some breakfast this morning and this egg looked different when cracked open than the others. Is it fertile? I will also attach what it looked like when I broke the yolk in which none of the others did this. It had a little pool of blood. Just making sure it’s fertile and nothing else is wrong. Also interested in incubating more eggs in which I typically just throw some in the incubator and wait about 5 days then candle to determine fertility. Thank you!

Have to add I just noticed 2 days ago some white painted booties on some of my hens which has always been a sign for me that my rooster has been a messy breeder hehe
