Finally got the video uploaded of Flapper

I have a leghorn that has been acting completely normal up until about a week ago. I noticed her left wing doing this little twitchy thing. Today it's a full on uncontrolable flap. I checked all around and under that wing a million times and compaired the bone structure to her other wing. There's nothing visible that is causing this.

Ok photobucket sucks right now. I can't upload a video. Just picture a chicken that won't stop flapping her left wing.

Could it be a neurological thing? Or Poisoning from something? If it's not voluntary looking, something up with it's nervous system. Don' t know what else to say.

Ok I just checked on her again (her new name is Flapper) and when I put her wing in place it kinda droops down a little causing her to try and flap it back into place. I've squeezed it and poked it and she doesn't act like it hurts her. Could it be dislocated? I don't think she broke it.

Sorry, I have never seen anything like what you described.
Your thread won't be taken over by political debate. Only if your democratic chicken started posting would it take on the form of debate. Chickens can have their parties, too.
....And to decide the pecking order next spring, there will be two major parties...

I am sorry, cant help with your twitching..I mean your hens twitching.

My red sex link either broke or dislocated her wing when she was a baby and it dislocates all the time now. I have no idea how she pops it back into place, she just kind of leans over and twists a bit and it falls back into place. She can still use it to fly, etc, its just she is afraid of heights. About two foot is her max. But I never seen the twitching thing when it happens but each chicken is different.
