Hello fellow chicken lovers!
I have always wanted Chickens but didn't have the finance or opertunity! Then 2 weeks ago a friend of a friend was looking for a forever home for for what she thought was a hen but had grown a red quiff! See I'm that new to chickens that I haven't learned the correct terms yet so forgive me please I had intended on moving to somewhere with no garden but My new little Boy (Augustus) stopped all that! He's soo affectionate! I love him so much! I intend on getting him a couple of girlfriends but untill he's fighting fit again, I'm not sure I should?
Augustus also has two new friends...A Cat and a Rabbit. Though Augustus isnt keen to make friends with them! Lol! The car is old and just stays still unless he gets too close to her feet (she's not keen on her feet being touched) and the bunny is being persistent and keeps trying to make friends... He now gets kind of close then has a long stretch for a sniff.
Maybe they'll all have a nap together someday.... Or maybe not
