Finally! I'm building my dream coop!

Update: Coop is officially finished! Gave it a good coat of poly inside and out and got the roosts installed. Now to make the run >_<.

It's been 3 years now I've spent designing this coop and run and clearing the space in my tiny yard to make it possible. My goal is 3-4 hens. The coop was specifically designed to fit in a tiny corner of my house with a 16'×3' run. The nest box is installed with flush mounts so it is removable to gain access for cleaning and maintenance. So far I'm really proud of it. I'm handy, but not a carpenter 😆.

I like everything but it looks like the roost bars are on the small size.
I agree. A round roost is ok for smaller chickens. I don’t know what climate you are in, big chickens generally prefer a wider roost bar that they can sit comfortably without having to balance and be able to cover their feet with their feathers. Just a thought.
