We ended up getting him Royal Canin Golden Retriever Puppy food because we could not find the Royal Canin Medium Puppy ANYWHERE
the ingredients are almost identical, but are in different proportions

The baby boi that will awaken people is sleeping in my parents' room (not bed, room) until he no longer needs to go out in the middle of the night- my sleep will remain uninterrupted

I'm thinking that I'll stick the cat in my room (he has a litterbox there, and I'll move up his food and water) while Finn is exploring the house for the first time, then bring him down so that they can meet without everything being too overwhelming for him. (Travel+new people+new smells+collar+possible bath)
