Wow, she is really having problems with shell-less eggs. I would continue the calcium every day for 3 days. Egg yolk has vitamin d so that is good. Phosphorus is good to use as well as vitamin d and calcium. I think that plain yogurt or cottage cheese, sunflower seed and spinach in a small treat would have plenty of that. Now that she has laid, do you think letting her visit with her flock for the afternoon might be good?
all I can find locally is oxytetracycline for livestock. I’m striking out, and my order from your linked suggestion won’t be here for a few days. Ugh.Oh, I understand. Amoxicillin would be better than Emycin I think, but Baytril is better. If anyone has any cipro tablets, that is close to Baytril
I don't know, but I can try to look it up.Anyone know what dose, and how often, of the oxytetracycline I should use until the Baytril gets here?
You buy Baytril from pigeon and gamebird sites. Almost all others Google the name of the drug and "for fish".Still the question How one acquires perscription meds.
