First Egg Of The Season - - Anyone Else Get One?

My first incubated known fertile egg of this season is now from my Taupe male,and my black shoulder silver pied hen. I watched her lay that egg and marked it.It was put in the incubator along with 5 other eggs that at this point are not developing.Woo-Hoo!!

That is exciting!!! At least it is something related to Taupe! What would the baby be from that cross then?

India blue split taupe, split blackshoulder, split silver pied but silver pied is a weird monster I don't understand completely. the babies may be white eyes since silver pieds are white eyed.

Taupe male x BS silverpied hen = Indiablue split taupe split BS split white with one copy of white eye gene, Indiablue split taupe split BS split pied with one copy of white eye gene.

He bought a pair but there are BS silver pied hens with them too. There are pictures of them on one of the threads! They are gorgeous!

My Taupe male is w/e,,,,so chicks coming from my bssp hens will have 2 copies of white and can have pied. Yoda, yes I got a 3 year old Taupe hen and a 2 year old Taupe w/e male

They are still going to be beautiful regardless! Could you quickly rate the following colors from your favorite to least favorite: Bronze, Cameo, Peach, Charcoal, and Midnight BS?
