The one is still attached to the bottom egg shell. It keeps wiggling and flopping around but it won't come off the shell. Is that okay?

Okay...But im thinking it's just stuck to the goop by the unbiblical and a light pull will dislodge it.
If it bleeds just put the area bleeding in cornstarch or flour to stop bleeding..Don't panic now!..

Then you can use rubbing alcohol with a Q-Tip around the umbilical just like with any baby.

Is there a downside to hatching chicks? Uhhhh NO! I like chickens so well I'd tote a 50 lb feed bag, I'd tread through the ice and snow to make sure they had drinking water, I'd deep clean a hen house in 104 degree weather, I'd brave a lightening storm to ensure their safety. What would you do for a chicken? Hatch, hatch away, you can't have too many chickens.

I have Chicks due Tuesday under my Broody Hen but don't want to interfere in this magic moment happening for this OP..

How is the tired one doing?

The tired one is doing great! When I picked it up to help remove the cord, it fell right off. It's doing great now. Hang on, I'll snap a picture!
