First Necropsy

Will summarize since a lot has already been posted, but the fat amount was my first concern, so that could be a contributing issue, also looks like there was some fat in the pericardium around the heart, though nothing real obvious wrong with the heart, there may be some darkening in the atrium, can't really see it well, which could indicate there was also some strain on the heart. The oviaries don't look quite right to me either. Not exactly like Cystadenocarcinoma's pictured, but could be early or another form of the cancer. I found this image which is not exact either, but maybe more similar, in the image normal is A, suspected ovarian cancer is in B, advanced cancer is in C: https://www.researchgate.net/figure...rmal-ovary-with-a-hierarchy-of_fig1_258697988
Green could be gallbladder, but the color and texture looks wrong, so could be either infection or as @rebrascora said, a burst infected egg follicle.
All the questions rebrascora asked are good ones which may help.

The ovary is the only thing to stand out to me. She had a lot of fat but she was a hen in apparent good flesh and her liver looks grossly normal so I don't think that's what killed her. Nothing else looks unusual at this distance. Would like to see kidneys and other organs, too, including the GI tract and mesentery.

The solid white areas on the ovary between the follicles looks suspicious to me.
