First set of eggs in for me this year

Just checked my eggs, one blood ring now, so 6 left. Hope the rest continue to do well. Will leave them alone now for a few days.

Well I candled my eggs I had 48 abd out of 48 only 6 was bad so I am so excited. I cant wait

From 12 silkie eggs I'm on 10
One wasn't fertile and the other quit
As for the standard eggs I started off with 38 (I kind of put some more in I just pulled 2 blood rings and 7 non-fertile ones I can see little hearts pumping!!!!!
I know this sounds ridiculous, but it seems like one of the silkie eggs has two hearts. There are two dark spots that beat that are sort of near each other, but not. I was thinking it's too early for lungs and they aren't beating in time with each other to be lungs. Any ideas on what this guy is.

Hmmmmm, you could have 2 babies in the egg, I've heard it happen before, but it's not common. The dark spot is usually the eye from my experience. Keep me posted please, or upload a pic/video if ya can, and then we can look

eDid a late day ten candling so ( day 11) and all six eggs have developing babies moving around like wild animals!!! All six are doing good.


And I may have been mistaken but I think I might have seen feet.
