So when I said update in the am I meant east coast time.

Meet our very first hatch! Her name is Amy.

And three more piped.

I just came back in from checking brooders and incubators. Its past my bed time and I really need to get to sleep morning comes at 5 am for me. I took this weekend off from hatching. I needed a break after 4 in a row. next weekend back at it. I'm sure you guys are going to be tired in the morning.

how funny everywhere I go she's already been there .ready to help everything looks fine it will fluff up in about 2 hrs. and start pushing the others around in a few minutes if its not alredy

I will leave it be though. I just snuck the iPhone in for a pic. Otherwise I'm leaving it and letting it do its thing.

im up ha ha it is 4am my time.. watching chicken tv as usual. No chicks for me yet. but alot of chirping and 3 have pipped and 2 have began to zip. i have my phone out taking pics and videos to show my kids in class in the morning. they are going to lose it!! ha ha so exciting! I just wish i planned setting them better so that they could of been at school to hatch..... but then i would of had to sleep at the school
