First time hatching and raising button quail

I don't think that's going to give them proper nutrition. It's a supplement rather than a complete feed. You could add that to chick feed, though. You want about 28-30% protein.
yes i meant i would add it to some unmedicated chick feed just to add protein. then i guess it would work then thank you! any ideas on how much to add?

If you can get game bird crumble, that's all they need. Everything that you've been feeding them is treats, and those shouldn't be more than 10% of their feed.

Purina Game Bird Startena -- 30% protein and has all kinds of nutrients and Selenium for vit E, etc.
Can’t get those here (Indonesia) unless i wanna spend $100 importing those. Would love more options here but all they sell here are mostly for chicken.

Meat, layers, fighting, show, ect for all ages but no game bird feed. The breeder told me he feeds a chick feed called hi-pro-vite 511 which is starter for meat birds. It contains:
Protein: 21-23%
Fat: 5%
Fiber: 5%
Ash: 7%
Calcium: 0.9%
Phosphor: 0.6%

Highest protein i could find unfortunately, most are at %18 or lower. Anything i could do to supplement their feed?

Hello, im looking to raise some button quails as pets and im getting some quail eggs from random coloured pairs so colour guessing should be fun! I have several questions regarding the equipment i will be using. The eggs will be shipped today (freshly laid eggs today), and if all goes well in shipping they should arrive tomorrow. Looking to make a hatchalong thread once i worked out all the equipment i will be using.

For the incubator i will be using the rcom 10 pro. It has been with me for 7 years now and has hatched out parrot and chicken eggs beautifully. Hoping the bator will still be accurate for a few more years. Well the quail turner hole is a bit too big for button quail eggs but i can set up the turn angle for the quails (i did that with my tiny lovebird eggs with 100% hatch rate) would i need to do anything else to the turner?

For brooding the chicks, i hate hot scary ceramic heaters and heat lamps are, ive had one break, shatter, burn, so i don’t want to go through all that again. I use the brinsea 600 for my chicks. Are they a bit too tall for baby button quails though? I could take out the stands and make the plate 1 inch off the ground.

Were the heat lamps/ceramic heat emitters on a calibrated thermostat in a surge protected socket and did you have a guard on/around them

The ceramic heaters never actually broke but i had heat lamps do that (not for chicks but for my reptiles). The problem i had with heat emitters is that my imprinted chicks kept jumping towards the light when they see me, what would a guard look like? are they like the reptile ones?

Would setting the brooder up like this be another option? because i will be using a front opening terrarium anyway. (it has mesh under it)

It’s great that there’s mesh between the birds and the lamp in case something goes wrong (having a bulb blow on you can be frightening) and my quail are in a front opening glass viv with a mesh top as well (Exo Terra). They were brooded in a wooden vivarium original with a cage like the one you pictured but they also do ones that just go over the front of the dome. Any heat source should be plugged into a thermostat controller and a surge protected socket which should help prevent overheating and malfunctions. Also the thermostat probe can allow you to monitor the temperature in real-time. They do ones with digital displays etc.I should also add the mesh is great for lessening the chance of them hurting themselves if they jump up! The wooden viv was only suitable until they started getting airborne.
