First time incubating: how do they look so far?

I have GREAT news !



I set 14 eggs, two of which were infertile, the rest have hatched. All but one are in the brooder and fluffed and doing well.
The one little guy in the incubator seems weak and is sleeping. He's had his beak dipped and taken a teeny bit of water. He also has his chord still visible.
My plan was to wait till this eve 3/4 hours ish and if no improvement I thought to try a little sugar water or baby vitamins ?

Overall I am ecstatic tho. I prayed for 2 or three, to have them all hatch on my first time is beyond dreams !

I have a pip!!! Right on the line I drew for day 18. It's a very small pip..but it's there. Tried to get a pic but having issues with the camera focusing. I'm super excited (and worried!) Humidity is about 60 - 63%. That's as high as I can get it. And last night the temp dropped down to 97. (Not going to stress about it)
I can hear it cheap once in awhile and I have 2 other eggs rocking.

I've got chicks
Went to bed and the eggs were still just pipped..no zipping all day. (Had 4 pipped). 1am I get up and one had hatched. Perfect little chicky!
5:30am 2 more have hatched
I've got 2 more eggs pipped. So far they've manage to zip without me seeing them, I'm hoping to catch one hatch.
The larger egg hasn't pipped yet, but these guys that have hatched and pipped are bantams.. the other is a standard sized chicken.

So far all the hatched eggs look nice and clean like this one.
I'm happy! First time ever hatching eggs and from my own birds
Now I need some coffee..

Congratulations! !! Im going to setup a motion sensored camera on mine it will kick on when it senses movement so hopefully ill get video footage of my first hatch.
